Wherever there is an involvement of short-distance movement or within the confines of a building projects operators use material handling equipment to Load, Unload, erect, place and transport various goods in variety from point to multipoint. 

Whilst we categorize building materials handling into 3 types, we focus on the bricks application.

·         Scaffoldings, Shuttering plates, Jumbo Bags, Marble Slabs, Piling Cage etc: General Logistics Application

Brick market segment is driven by rising urbanization, increase in demand for residential, commercial and construction activities to develop an existing facility. PALFINGER knuckle boom cranes offer a versatile, safe and efficient way of handling these building materials.

Especially in India, we introduced our brick cranes as a superior choice over pick and carry and manual loading. Our brick loader cranes enable safer operation and minimal damage to the materials transported.

Features & Options

HPSC (Stability Control System)

The High Performance Stability Control (HPSC) is a fully proportional system for monitoring the stability of the crane vehicle. Sensors for proportional travel measurement in the outriggers allow completely variable outrigger positioning. In this way, the permissible, safe working range can be calculated for any support situation.

Paltronic 50/150

With the PALTRONIC 50 and PALTRONIC 150, PALFINGER offers the latest control electronics for the series production crane. The most important safety and comfort functions include:

  • Overload cut-off
  • Stability control (HPSC)
  • High Power Lifting System (HPLS)
  • Active Oscillation Suppression system (AOS)
  • Dual Power System plus (DPS plus) in the fly jib insert

AOS

The patented PALFINGER "AOS" oscillation suppression system cancels out vibrations and blows that occur during crane operation. Any "post-oscillation" is prevented through rapid braking or load changes. The result is a decisive increase to safety in crane operation for employees, the load and building.

Fly-Jib System

A fly-jib system extends the working range of the crane and thereby increases the possible areas of application. The same crane can be used with or without the fly jib and can therefore be adapted for different applications. Applications with additional attachments (grabber, rotator) and/or cable winch are possible.

  DPS-Plus

Full lifting power of fly-jib available when crane’s extension booms are not fully extended.

 

  Inner hoses (TEC - Series)

Hoses are routed inside the extention boom system, preventing any accidental damage from entangled tree brunches during the cutting and loading process.

 

 

  Additional hoses

On extension booms (Code 4) this enables greater functionality on Equipment attached like rotary grabs etc.
