We are looking for a motivated Microsoft Power Apps (RPA) Specialist (f/m/d) to automate business operations—starting with finance processes like Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role focuses on designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows) and Power Apps that drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across global business functions.
YOUR TASKS
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows for RPA, Power Apps, and Dataverse) with integration to SAP ERP and Microsoft 365 applications
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and assess process feasibility, scalability, and expected ROI
- Create and maintain technical documentation including process flows, solution architecture, connectors configuration, exception handling procedures, and performance metrics
- Monitor, optimize, and support automation solutions, ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
- Work with custom connectors and APIs to integrate various systems and data sources across the organization
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) or strong willingness to learn, combined with process automation or business process improvement experience
- Basic understanding of SAP ERP and Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint); familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
