To strengthen our team in the Centre of Excellence Mechatronics in Köstendorf, we are looking for a Mechanical design & toolchain specialist (w/m/d) Location Köstendorf, Austria

You are communicative, like to share your knowledge and feel at home in the CAD world? Are you a team player and very interested in further optimizing existing systems, testing new design methods and training them globally? Then you've come to the right place!

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advance all design aspects for cost-efficient solutions incl. modular designs and standard components
Responsibility for the CAD design standard at Palfinger, the associated CAD interface functions to production and the provision of CAD-relevant PNORMS
Definition of working methods and design guidelines in our CAD software Creo Parametric
Function of the global CAD key user in the company
Support and training for the Creo Parametric CAD software for our product lines

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed technical education in the field of mechanical engineering/steel construction (FH/TU)
Several years of experience in mechanical design, experience as a CAD key user an advantage
Extensive product knowledge of mobile machinery desirable
Several years of experience with CAD/PLM systems, preferably Creo Parametric/PDMLink (Windchill)
Communicative and very good English skills
Willingness to international travel (20%)
