Our Role in the PALFINGER Group

PALFINGER China plays a strategic role within the PALFINGER Group as a production, sales, and service hub for Asia, supporting both regional and global demand.

Our contributions include:

Manufacturing & Production: 

  • Rudong plant: Asia’s largest base, producing cranes and hooklifts, supporting the global supply chain
  • Qingdao plant: Producing marine lifesaving equipment for domestic and international markets

Sales & Distribution: Managing sales and after-sales service for cranes, hooklifts, and railway cranes, plus import/export activities

Joint Ventures & Partnerships: Collaborating with SANY SPV for crane solutions and Jiangyin Neptune Marine Equipment for marine lifesaving products

Technological Development: Developing lifting equipment adapted to local market needs

Strategic Market Role: Ensuring China’s plants serve as production powerhouses while fostering long-term partnerships in construction and marine sectors
