Global Talent Management Specialist (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team in Bergheim we are looking for a Global Talent Management Specialist (f/m/d).

In this exciting position within our global HR team you contribute to the positioning of PALFINGER as attractive employer by developing and establishing state of the art Talent Management processes and tools in our global organization. In close collaboration with the colleagues in the CoE Talent Management and People Development you actively shape the future of our talents.

Your Tasks

  • Contribute to the further development of our Performance Management process and the expansion of the annual Performance Calibration approach across the organization    
  • Support the design, development and implementation of global Talent Management strategies, processes and tools (e. g. talent conferences, talent assessments, succession planning) to foster targeted career development and ensure filled succession pipelines 
  • Contribute to the integration and/or further development of the relevant processes in our HRIS (SuccessFactors)
  • Initiate and implement training initiatives to establish and drive forward Performance and Talent Management at PALFINGER
  • Identify appropriate KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with our overall objectives 
  • Support the conception and implementation of a global Job Architecture
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a service provider and consultant on Performance and Talent Management questions

Your Qualification

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Psychology or comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of work experience in strategic and operational HR Management, thereof 2+ years in Talent Management, preferably within an international company
  • Capability to develop, implement and continuously improve Talent Management processes and initiatives across a global organization, preferably with experience in the SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals and Succession & Development 
  • Ability to manage projects, take end-to-end ownership and deliver results
  • Hands-on mentality with high level of self-organization, drive, strategic thinking and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Intercultural competence and strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Fluent in Business English and German

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 44.580,06 per year. We are willing to overpay significantly according to training and qualification.
