PALFINGER is seeking a strong Supervisor candidate familiar with extensive supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility to join the team and work out of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Summary

The Supervisor will be responsible for partnering with other supervisors to ensure timely delivery of parts and schedule attainment. Supervisor will work with Quality, Safety, Design Engineering, Scheduling and Manufacturing Engineering departments to effectively manage production line. Also, responsible for sustainable results through continuous skills and development of employees.

This role reports to the Production Manager, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunity for on-going career growth.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Train and coach production line employees
  • Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, and back up for absent supervisors
  • To meet operational & cost goals
  • Create and update training documents, inspection documents, operator pm’s
  • Continuous improvement activities
  • Project work and project management
  • Coordinate to successful implementation of manufacturing excellence


  • B.A/B.S degree preferred
  • 8-10 years production manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years supervisory experience with 5 or more people in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership ability of 5 or more people within manufac
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word)
  • LEAN manufacturing Experience Preferred
