Senior Specialist - Learning & Development (f/m/d)

  • Expansion of our global learning strategy with an integrated social blended learning approach
  • Identification of organizational and personnel development needs together with our Corporate and Regional HR Team
  • Building a dynamic, cross-functional learning network together with our management team and promoting a culture of growth and learning throughout the organization
  • Driving forward the worldwide rollout of our Learning Management System (success factors)
  • Development and implementation of learning and development initiatives (including coaching, mentoring, management and expert programs, trainee programs)
  • Contribute your well-founded didactic expertise for the development of social blended learning formats
  • Create and set up global policies, processes and guidelines for human resources development
  • Be a trend scout for new learning methods


  • University degree, ideally with a focus on human resources (development) or corresponding education
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company
  • Ability to develop and implement digital and social blended learning solutions in a global matrix organization
  • In-depth experience with a Learning Management System (success factors are an advantage)
  • Passion to establish new trends and technologies in the field of learning and development
  • Excellent social and communication skills, deep understanding of an intercultural environment
  • High learning flexibility and curiosity
  • Fluent English, knowledge of German an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 42.720,86 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification. We are looking forward to your informative application including salary expectations and a possible entry date.
