Your Tasks
- Develop and support SAP SuccessFactors modules with main focus on Talent Management and Learning.
- Guide departments on HR tool implementation and roll-out projects.
- Streamline processes with innovative solutions.
- Manage requirements for changes and new developments.
- Take partial project ownership during system module implementations or change requests
Your Qualification
- Passion for HR digitalization and working on a great digital user experience.
- Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proactive, open-minded, team player.
- Analytical mindset, precision, hands-on attitude.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 41.390,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
