Senior Manager Corporate Internal Audit & Investigations (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team at our Headquarter in Bergheim we are looking for a Senior Manager Corporate Internal Audit & Investigations (f/m/d).

As part of our dynamic international growth and the increasing complexity associated therewith, group-wide harmonisation and continuous improvement of internal processes form the basis for our success. To ensure this, we are looking for a proactive Senior Manager for our young and motivated Corp. Internal Audit & Investigations team.

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for driving Internal Audit topics as well as project management of various projects in the area of Internal Audit & Investigations and contribute to the continuous development of internal processes through your proactive identification of improvement measures.

Your Tasks

  • Conduct of Internal Audits (Planning - Fieldwork - Reporting) according to internal guidelines
  • Quarterly measure monitoring & Reporting
  • Further development of internal tools & templates
  • Provide professional and methodological expertise to new employees as well as training on-the-job
  • Assist the Team Lead in conducting forensic investigations

Your Qualification

  • Successfully completed university degree (business administration or comparable subjects)
  • At least five years of practical work experience in accounting / controlling or Big 4 companies
  • Further education programmes such as MBA, CPA or Tax Advisor, CIA etc. are an advantage
  • Good project management skills / profound professional & methodological competence
  • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
  • Distinct analytical thinking and precise & structured way of working
  • Absolute personal integrity and authentic behaviour; discretion and appropriate handling of sensitive issues
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of internal group/company processes and the business context
  • Willingness to travel

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience and can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum on the basis of full-time employment is EUR 44.510,20 gross per year).
