CRM - Specialist (w/m/d)


PALFINGER stands worldwide for the most innovative, reliable and economical lifting solutions that are used on commercial vehicles, railway vehicles, bridge inspection equipment and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our team in Bergheim or Vienna we are looking for a CRM Specialist (f/m/d).

You work in a structured, goal-oriented and independent manner? You bring your experience and interest in the development, optimization and automation of CRM processes and thus take the opportunity to actively shape the future of the Palfinger CRM system together with the Palfinger process organization in the course of the digital transformation. Innovations and process changes are brought into the CRM system in the course of an agile project. If this sounds like you, then you are the right person to be a CRM specialist at PALFINGER. For this position we would like to address experienced CRM experts as well as CRM specialists with first work experience.

Your Tasks

  • Implementation of necessary customizing in the Microsoft D365 CE environment
  • Coordination and cooperation with external service providers as well as acting as an interface between the Palfinger process organization/specialist departments and external service providers
  • Monitoring of existing CRM interfaces (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
  • Design and participation in the implementation of new interfaces (especially with external service providers)
  • Participation in incident management (2nd level support)
  • CRM data management: data preparation, import and cleansing
  • Creation of training materials and implementation of training courses for CRM users

Your Qualification

  • Successfully completed education (HTL/UNI/FH) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in the CRM environment (focus on IT desirable)
  • Technical know how in monitoring miscellaneous interfaces/connectors as well as in customizing
  • Basic knowledge in SAP S/4HANA desired
  • Knowledge in the CRM environment advantageous, experience with Microsoft D365 CE desirable
  • Analytic thinking, structured, autonomous and precise way of working
  • Very good written and verbal English skills
  • High team-, target- and solution-orientation

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on your qualifications and professional experience, which can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 48.877,36 gross per year).
