The Operator Feedback Group is a database with the contact details of end users. We use it for surveys, interviews, and direct exchange as feedback for product development.
You will be contacted a maximum of four times per year, usually through a survey. We may also contact some operators by phone or face-to-face, but only after emailing first.
We sometimes raffle off swag among the new users who register. You can also win prizes for participating in surveys and interviews. But above all, your voice is heard and impacts future product development.
If you gave us consent at the end of the registration form, we (the companies of the PALFINGER Group) are allowed to process and store your data. Also, we can use your data to evaluate market and customer requirements, which means we can reach out to you in writing or by phone to invite you to surveys, interviews, and feedback rounds.
Your participation is always voluntary
You can revoke your registration to the Operator Feedback Group anytime by using an unsubscribing link in the emails you receive.
