To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a service technician (m/f/d) at Palfinger Platforms GmbH at the location in Löbau, Krefeld, Lengau or Köstendorf.

Your tasks include:

Implementation of 3rd level support,
Processing warranty cases,
Creation of market communication (service information, promotions, recalls),
Identifying and resolving market problems,
Contact with internal departments (quality, research & development, operations, procurement),
Participation in cross-departmental meetings,
On-site troubleshooting,
Diagnosis of hydraulic and electrical systems.

For this you need:

Technical training in metal or mechanical engineering or automotive mechanics and automotive mechatronics or locksmith (m/f/d) or similar

We expect from you:

Sound knowledge of electrics and hydraulics,
Ideally assembly and international experience, as well as knowledge of servicing, servicing and repairing machines,
Customer and service orientation,
willingness to be mobile,
Good written and spoken English knowledge.
