Teamlead Tuning Center

We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Tuning Center for our location in Löbau (Germany) or in Köstendorf (Austria).

JOB-DESCRIPTION:

• Coordination of the local team to ensure an efficient process (tuning center process) from a sales enquiry to delivery of the machines
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team
• Close cooperation and coordination with the Lead System Engineer / Chief Engineer
• Evaluating the technical feasibility of customer enquiries (chassis and options deviating from series production) and estimating the development effort including capacity planning in engineering
• Close coordination with the process-relevant departments (including Product Management, Production, Controlling, Purchasing, etc.)
• Verification of completed machines including coordination with other departments with regard to economic and technical sustainability
• Planning and evaluation of change requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in team management and project business
• Basic knowledge in the static calculation of steel construction components
• Good knowledge of hydraulic / electrical systems and manufacturing processes
• Very good knowledge of 3D CAD software (Creo) and ERP systems (SAP)
• Profound knowledge of trucks (layouts, options, interfaces)
• Customer- and solution-orientated, as well as cross-departmental thinking and acting
• Professional appearance towards customers and business partners
• High degree of initiative, independence and team-orientation
• Great interest in the overall product
• Willingness to travel approx. 15% of the time
• Good written and spoken English skills (at least certified level B2)
