The Service Support Associate support the efforts designated day to day operations of Company’s Service Mechanics. This position will be located at 1745 W. Buchanan St., Phoenix, AZ 85007. This position will report to the Service Office Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance to the Regional manager, remote service technicians and all other personnel
  • Inputting Service billing with labor hours
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Reviewing and Approving Expense Reports
  • Completing weekly and month-end reports
  • Ordering and Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Some knowledge of Palfinger products & other key vendors. 
  • Ability to learn & use key software for needed reports, calculations, documents and accounting functions.
  • Provide support to designated area, goal is zero defects in produced documents.   
  • Administration of Company Service Mechanics actions, including labor, material, and travel costs.
  • Employee will act with direct supervision.  Employee will have no direct report

Qualifications

  • High School or GED expected minimum.  Skills qualification including certification are highly desired
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • 1 to 5 years experience in broad/general clerical field or 1 years experience within the truck equipment /crane equipment industry.
  • Experience with Service Billing
  • Experience adding Labor hours for service
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet and ability to learn new software packages)
  • Attention to detail
