Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive sales and build brand awareness to achieve the organizational revenue and growth objectives.

Your Tasks

Sales

Be part of a fun, dynamic and diverse working culture in the marine, offshore and renewables
Subject matter expert in the lifesaving equipment preliminarily, expanding into other PALFINGER product line in the near future
Expand and contribute to new strategy implementation in the lifesaving equipment across different segments
High level of business acumen, focusing on new sales opportunity with high owner/design influence to increase revenue for lifesaving appliances
Managing and interpreting customer requirements to generate proposals
Capable to handle moderately complex tendering process; from implementing proper costing process, precise tender clarifications and preparations of documentation submissions requirements
Capable to provide analysis and report to the team/group of value positioning
Meticulous towards contractual management and negotiations

Marketing

Able to implement strategic and creative marketing initiatives; campaigns, regional communication plans towards clients, videos to increase PALFINGER MARINE product line awareness throughout APAC aligned with Region Marine’s policy and guidelines
Capable of ensuring technical language is best translated for the local exhibition needs
Coordinate marketing activities by for exhibitions, conferences in region APAC with marketing in lead in Singapore and Headquarter
Work collaboratively with sales managers/engineers to create up to date professional presentation for specific meeting needs

Your Qualification

Minimally a Bachelor degree in technical and/or marketing field
Minimally 2-3 years experience in lifesaving equipment appliances and/or the marine and offshore industry
Good experience in managing external stakeholders in the the marine and offshore industry to influence outcome - experience working with megayards and/or owners within Asia Pacific will be bonus
Experience in utilizing up to date marketing tools, software and creating engaging and targeted presentation for the sales team/exhibitions
Analytical, meticulous, creative and process oriented in his/her work
