For our new production facility PALFINGER PROIZVODNJA DOO Niš, we are looking for responsible, communicative person, with teamwork skills and ability for good organization in the workplace.

JOB TASKS:

Effectively manages the procurement process of materials and raw materials needed for production, with effective cost management and risk reduction in the supply chain;
Development of the procurement strategy, goals and plans for procurement of materials on a short-term and long-term level, identifies the need for materials, determines quantities and procurement deadlines;
Determines minimum stocks of raw materials;
Identifies, evaluates and selects appropriate suppliers of materials, negotiates with suppliers on prices, terms of delivery and quality of materials;
Sending orders to suppliers through SAP;
Ensures that the purchased materials meet quality standards and compliance with laws and regulations;
Monitors and controls procurement costs, identifies possible savings and optimizes the procurement process;
Active participation in supply chain management, including inventory tracking, transportation, tracking delivery dates and minimizing supply chain risks;
Monitoring and analysis of material procurement performance, preparation of reports on procurement costs, efficiency and other relevant metrics for senior management in SAP;
Effectively plans the needs for semi-finished products based on production plans and demand forecasts;
Analyzes production capacities and defines optimal quantities of semi-finished products in order to ensure the continuity of the production process
Coordinates with the production team and warehouse to optimize inventory and reduce production downtime;
Monitors the implementation of production orders and adjusts plans in case of deviations or urgent requests;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Higher vocational education
At least 3 years of experience
Proficiency in English
Responsible, communicative person, with teamwork skills and ability for good organization in the workplace
Computer knowledge and ability (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SAP knowledge
