For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position: Accounts Receivable Specialist /marine/ (f/m/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Providе ongoing support for the Order To Cash business solution
• Asist with Invoicing for Palfinger Marine ( Issues of Invoices to Customers)
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
• Contribute to reducing the company’s DSO and improving receivables on time

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Previous experience in a similar position is required
• Knowledge of working with ERP systems
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• High level of English - spoken and written
