Who can register for PALFINGER CONEXPO Days?

All invited, authorized PALFINGER dealers aiming to take an active role in PALFINGER’s Booth at CONEXPO. Space is limited.

When and how do I sign up?

Registration opens October 17, 2025, through our CONEXPO microsite. The link will be shared by your Sales Representative.

What is the deadline to register for the booth schedule?

Please submit your preferred booth day(s) and time slots no later than Friday, November 14, 2025.

How are booth slots assigned?

Slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. PALFINGER will ensure balanced dealer presence across all show days.

Can I change my booth shift after registering?

Adjustments may be possible depending on availability. Please contact your Sales Representative for assistance.

Hotel & Travel

Which hotel(s) will PALFINGER cover, and how many nights are included?

PALFINGER will provide hotel accommodations in hotels reserved for PALFINGER for up to three nights. Once registration is confirmed, specific hotel details will be shared at a later date.

Do we need to share hotel rooms?

No, each registered attendee will be registered for their own hotel room at the PALFINGER assigned 4-Star hotel. 

What if I need extra hotel nights?

Dealers are responsible for booking and paying for any additional nights. PALFINGER can provide hotel contact details for convenience at a later date. 

Are airport transfers included?

No. Dealers and their guests are responsible for arranging their own airport transfers.

Which meals are paid for by PALFINGER outside of official PALFINGER events?

Dealers are responsible for any meals outside of their booth hours and PALFINGER-hosted events.

What is included in the trade show ticket(s)?

Each ticket provides full access to exhibits at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 during show hours, from March 3-7, 2026. Additional sessions are excluded.

What are the attraction passes?

Attraction passes grant entry to PALFINGER-selected Las Vegas experiences. Details will be shared closer to the event.

Can I decline or exchange my attraction passes?

Attraction passes grant entry to PALFINGER-selected Las Vegas experiences. You are free to decline any provided attraction pass as needed.  Exchanges for a different time or day will be managed on a case-by-case basis. 

Can I purchase additional tickets or passes?

Yes. Dealers may purchase additional CONEXPO-CON/AGG tickets directly through their website or to any local attractions.

What are the booth schedule options?

Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order in which your registration is submitted. You may select from one of the available daily groups 

  • Group 1: 8:30–11:30 AM 

  • Group 2: 11:30 AM–2:30 PM 

  • Group 3: 2:30–5:30 PM 

Am I required to be at the booth every day?

No. Dealers are expected to cover their assigned shifts. PALFINGER will ensure fair distribution across March 3–6.

What happens if I can’t make my assigned schedule?

Please notify your Sales Representative immediately so adjustments can be made.

Are there optional activities outside of booth duty?

Evening activities are currently being planned for March 5 and 6. Details will be shared soon.

DEALER-ONLY DINNER

When and where is the Dealer-only Dinner?

The exclusive dinner for dealers will take place on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. Venue details to be announced closer to the event.

Is attendance mandatory?

Yes. All dealers are expected to attend this networking event with PALFINGER Board, Global Management, and Product Leaders.

Can I bring a guest?

No, the Dealer-only Dinner is reserved for registered PALFINGER Dealers only.

costs & cancellations

What costs are covered by PALFINGER?

PALFINGER covers trade show tickets, attraction passes, hotel accommodations, and official dinners.

What costs are dealers responsible for?

Dealers cover additional hotel nights, airport transfers for everyone in their party, including but not limited to customers, meals outside official PALFINGER events, and your customer's travel expenses.

What is the cancellation policy?

While we offer flexibility for name changes and other adjustments, cancellation fees may apply. 

Can I transfer my registration to another colleague?

Yes, substitutions are allowed. Please notify PALFINGER as soon as possible.
