As PALFINGER is generously covering significant costs for this event, we kindly ask for your support in the following ways:
- Join us at our booth for a three-hour schedule alongside our team, engaging with guests and customers.
- Choose the time that works best for you:
- Group 1: 8:30-11:30 AM
- Group 2:11:30 AM-2:30 PM
- Group 3: 2:30-5:30 PM
- Choose the time that works best for you:
- Schedule your preferred booth day(s) and time slots by Friday, November 14.
- Help us maintain a strong dealer presence throughout the show dates, March 3-6.
- Also at our booth, a meeting space is available for you to book and use for your customer meetings.
- Attend the Dealer-only Dinner on Tuesday, March 4.
What PALFINGER Will Cover
- First 25 dealers who register receive:
- Two (2) trade show tickets
- Two (2) attraction passes
- Two (2) individual hotel rooms for 3 nights
- Invitation to a Dealer-only Dinner on Wednesday, March 4
- Dealer has the option to invite one (1) individual customer. PALFINGER will cover the customer’s trade show ticket, attraction pass, and a PALFINGER-hosted dealer-customer dinner on the date of their choice (March 3, March 5, or March 6).
- Remaining 15 dealers who register receive:
- One (1) trade show ticket
- One (1) attraction pass
- One (1) hotel room for 3 nights
- Invitation to a Dealer-only Dinner on Wednesday, March 4
Guidelines
- Tickets and booth slots are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Identify preferred day(s) and time slots for booth shifts no later than Friday, November 14.
- Acknowledge participation in the required March 4 Dealer-only Dinner.
- Dealers are responsible for extra hotel accommodation, airport transfers, and meals outside of booth working hours and official PALFINGER-hosted events.
- Dealers bringing customers to CONEXPO are responsible for their customers’ travel expenses, including airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and meals.
- Encourage customers to explore the PALFINGER booth, chat with our product experts, and learn more about our solutions.
