The Warehouse Assembly Technician plays a critical role in supporting production operations by ensuring accurate, timely receipt and movement of materials throughout the warehouse and assembly areas. This position is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and replenishing inventory to keep assembly workstations running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against shipping and purchase documents.
  • Pick, stage, and deliver parts to assembly workstations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order pickers safely.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all procedures.

Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of warehouse or materials handling experience.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong attention to detail with basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
