The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance, driving continuous improvement, and securing compliant, high-quality materials for production.

Your responsibilities

Manage supplier quality and evaluate supplier performance
Support new supplier audits, qualification, and quality assurance during trial production
Work with suppliers to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement
Participate in developing incoming inspection standards and promoting internal quality improvement
Conduct annual and product audits according to audit requirements
Perform on-site pre-shipment inspections at supplier locations for export products

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supplier quality management, familiar with ISO9001 system
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiar with welding processes and capable of performing independent welding inspections
Knowledge of hydraulic systems with proven problem-solving capability in hydraulic issues
Good English communication skills, capable of reading and writing technical reports in English
