The Service Project Manager MWC oversees aftersales service projects, coordinating between customers, partners, and internal teams. With a focus on project quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction, this role secures reliable and professional service delivery for PALFINGER MARINE systems

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee after-sales projects from initiation through to successful handover
Serve as primary point of contact for technical and contractual topics
Ensure compliance with agreements and manage related documentation
Support NCR processes and coordinate with service branches for project execution
Maintain and update project data using internal tools (e.g., PALdesk)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed technical education (automotive technology, agricultural machinery, or HTL)
Practical experience in project management and service coordination
Sound understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering
Excellent English and German communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with global travel flexibility

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
