Are you technically skilled, service-oriented, and ready for a new challenge in a global company known for innovative lifting solutions? PALFINGER Marine is looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in Perth, Australia. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and servicing life-saving appliances and marine equipment.

Your Responsibilities

Provide service solutions to deck equipment and lifesaving appliances which includes commissioning, inspection, maintenance, spare parts repair, refurbishment, upgrades, hook replacement, etc.
Familiarize with local shipyards and port procedures
Utilize electronic, hydraulic and mechanical theory along with related knowledge to test and modify operational electrical machinery
Apply electronic control equipment and circuitry, hydraulic circuits and components and mechanical equipment to maintain and enhance system functionality
Complete thorough service reports to ensure all activities are documented and communicated effectively

Your Qualifications

Relevant technical qualification or experience
Experience in marine or offshore service engineering
Any relevant offshore and health certificates, fall protection training or willingness to attend
Willingness to travel and work offshore as requiredfunctionality
