PALFINGER is searching for an experienced Team Lead to work in the Pal Pro Department. This is a position will be onsite daily located at our Division Headquarters at 4151 State Route 18, Tiffin, OH 44883. This position reports to the Multi-Site Manager.

Your Responsibilities

Oversee area responsibilities to execute team goals
Track job hours to ensure efficient operation
Coach, train and instruct employees on how to consistently produce a quality product, while eliminating waste
Monitor employee performances based on expectations and implement corrective actions as needed
Send daily update via email to Shop Foreman, Multi-Site Ops. Manager, Materials team, Scheduling and Engineering team outlining any issues (materials needed/missing, engineering discrepancies, scheduling issues, etc.)
Relay information daily to Shop Foreman, Materials, Scheduling and Engineering
Oversees assigned processing activities, keeping consistent with our quality standards, Comply with all policies and procedures

Your Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, one (1) year or more of Leadership Experience
Knowledge of truck and equipment required
Ability to work in an outside environment/elements
Customer focus and support
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as member of a team
Organized and capable of multi-tasking, light computer skills
