Recruitment Specialist (f/m/d)


For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a progressive person with good interpersonal, strong collaborative and excellent communication skills at the position: Recruitment Specialist (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end the recruitment process and propose how to optimize it
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers /Heads of departments & Hiring managers/ to understand their recruitment needs
  • Define proper profile for the vacant positions together with the line manager
  • Select the best platforms and sources on which to advertise and search for suitable candidates
  • Find and recognize potential applicants for the relevant open position
  • Organize and conduct interviews for the EMEA market /mainly Austria at the beginning/
  • Closely work with HR Business partners and support them in attracting the right talent
  • Provide proper feedback to candidates and keep the Hiring managers informed

Your Qualification

  • University degree in the field of Human resources
  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Working experience with HR systems – SAP SuccessFactors or relevant tools
  • Ability to listen, analyze and address the right questions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
  • Initiative, problem solver with good time management skills
  • Fluent English and/or German - is a must
