Master Data Improvement Analyst (f/m/d)

For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for a well-organized and structured person with problem-solving skills at the position: Master Data Improvement Analyst (f/m/d). As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing critical data across various functions within our organization. Your expertise will impact areas such as engineering, sales, procurement, finance, and production.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously improve master data based on cost calculations and identified errors
• Execute data corrections within a given framework
• Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timely error resolution by respective departments
• Manage supply chain master data in warehousing and logistics, for example: resources, production bills of material, production models, and logistic models, quantities and stocks, valuation classes, costing
• Maintain warehousing and sourcing master data in SAP system
• Follow the logistics master data to calculate the cost of goods manufactured and the cost of goods sold
• Monitor the connection between the data in the work center and the data in the routing
• Use transactions for master data and conditions that are relevant for executing the logistics, purchasing & controlling processes
• Improve master data and define how to maintain master data quality
• Create technical documentation and regular reports

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree - Technical, Supply chain, Purchasing, Controlling or Logistics
• Previous experience in a similar position – will be an advantage

• Manufacturing experience - hands-on work in a production environment 
• Knowledge of SAP processes in at least one SAP module /PP, MM or QM/
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as coordination and organizational skills
• Flexible and strong personality able to implement processes and standards
• Data management: understanding of general principles of data management and how master data relates to processes in a global company
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers – working with Excel
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and self-control
• Ability to communicate professionally with different organizational levels in a global company
• High level of English (both written and spoken)
