You will be joining a team that uses innovative ideas to optimize product costs. We, CoE Costing, are supporting both development projects as well as existing products, where we bring down costs as an internal service provider. To enable us to continue implementing our projects, we need a committed colleague who will work with us to make our company even more successful. Self-drive, flexibility, and motivation are important to our team. We are therefore looking for a Target Costing Manager (f/m/d) at our Köstendorf site.

Your Responsibilities:

Analyzing the cost structure of an (existing or new) product and identifying cost deviations from the target costs.
Identification of cost-down potentials based on internal and external benchmarking.
Close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, and production to find cost-efficient solutions without jeopardizing product quality or customer requirements.
Ongoing monitoring of cost development during the product development process, incl. reporting to our management.
Expert and first point of contact for all product cost topics within your area of responsibility.

Your Qualifications:

Completed education (HTL, FH, TU) in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable field of study.
Affinity for financial figures: Understanding of complex interrelationships in the area of calculation and costs.
Ability to work in a team - interdisciplinary cooperation with the development departments, purchasing, production, quality, and controlling.
Experience with data preparation and processing (SAP, Excel, Power BI).
English spoken and written.

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
