Regional Sales Manager

PALFINGER is searching for a Remote Regional Sales Manager to identify, establish and grow key accounts in the USA by developing a market strategy and analysis of vertical customer segments. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is fully remote with regional travel and supports the Southeast Territory.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop full market analysis of product portfolio, identifying vertical market segments.
- Determine total available market (TAM) & product available market (PAM) per product line.
- Research and determine opportunities for product innovation and development.
- Drive and execute all phases of business development life cycle.
- Develop product expertise, understanding of value proposition and competitive positioning.
- Develop and perform to sales goals with a focus on growing market share.
- Provide sales reporting and forecasting.
Your Qualifications
- 5-7 years business development experience in durable goods manufacturing.
- Experience developing vertical market/customer segment growth strategies.
- Experience and desire to execute full life cycle of sales process.
- Strong desire to learn and provide a consultative approach to selling.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn technical specifications.
- A track record of sales leadership and accomplishment.
- Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and support teams.
- Ability to forecast and report on sales pipeline.
