Your responsibilities
- Responsible for fostering the company's corporate culture and business philosophy, and shaping the corporate image
- According to the strategic objectives proposed by the board of directors or the group company, formulate the company's strategy, propose the company's business plan, management policy and management form, organize the implementation after being confirmed by the board of directors, and adjust according to changes in the internal and external environment
- Formulate, revise and implement the company's annual business plan according to the annual business objectives issued by the board of directors; Lead, supervise and control the implementation process of the business plan, and take full responsibility for the results
- Responsible for handling external business affairs, carrying out public relations activities on behalf of the company, and coordinating and ensuring alignment and cooperation with the parent companies, Sany and PALFINGER
- Establish good communication channels within the company, coordinate the relationship and collaboration between various departments
- Lead the company's team cohesion, standardize the internal management system, timely optimize and adjust the organization and processes
- Responsible for convening and presiding over the office meeting, coordinating, inspecting and supervising the work of each department
- Sign daily administrative and business documents to ensure the legality of the company's operation
- Responsible for company safety and compliance
- Complete other tasks assigned by the board of directors
Your qualifications
- Experienced Executive, well-versed in managing a global business and multi-cultural teams
- Familiar with the overall operation of the enterprise, business management, and the workflow of each department
- Strong judgment, decision-making, planning and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills and talent in team management and people development
- Has a strong appeal and cohesion
- Responsible leader with high integrity
- Can read, write and communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Education and/or Experience: Master's degree or above, major in economics、management or science and engineering
- More than 15 years of senior management experience, with a minimum of 10 years in an international organization, preferably European
- More than 5 years of experience in a related industry
- Good understanding of sales and product line management in China
- Multi-cultural working experience (International company working experience)
