The objective of this function is to create stability of existing processes, to roll these out on a Group wide basis and in so doing to realise additional optimisation potential throughout the value creation chain.
The process management team provides methods, tools and know-how as well as capacities for project management and actual project execution.
In addition, process management ensures the transmission of processes from the organisational or process view into information processing. This is particularly important with global “Roll-Outs” of ERP systems.
