Senior Project Manager Internal Communications (f/m/d)


PALFINGER stands for the most innovative, reliable and economical lifting solutions worldwide for use on commercial vehicles, railway vehicles, bridge inspection equipment and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our team in Bergheim we are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager Internal Communications (f/m/d).

In this key position within our global HR team you assume responsibility for a global Internal Communication Platform/Intranet. You contribute globally to an effective and efficient internal communication to all employees of PALFINGER.

Your Tasks

  • Conceptualize, implement, manage and maintain a global internal communication platform as a first major project
  • Define, implement and roll-out interactive communication processes and tools 
  • Lead and support different Internal Communications, projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement new Internal Communication formats, channels, campaigns
  • Create and adapt content and stories for Internal Communication purposes
  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of relevant group policies, standard processes, tools and process governance
  • Act as service provider and/or consultant for regions and locations in major Internal Communication project/initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage external resources 
  • Be part of the global Internal Communications/Employer Branding Community 

Your Qualification

  • Master’s degree in business administration, psychology or comparable qualification
  • > 7 years of relevant job experience, eg. Employer Branding, Internal Communication, HR Business Partnering, Change Management, HR Digitalization
  • Significant experience in a global organization
  • Intercultural competence and proven skills in change management and target oriented communication
  • High level of self-organization, strategic thinking, drive and passion 
  • Bridge builder within the global Internal Communication / Employer Branding Community as well as within the communication core team
  • Fluent in Business English

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 46.346,72 per year. We are willing to overpay significantly according to training and qualification.
