PALFINGER is searching for a Sales Project & Reporting Specialist.  We are located in Schaumburg, IL.  This position reports to the Director Development and Sales.

Responsibilities:

Documentation of Sales & Service Processes: 

  • Lead the comprehensive documentation of sales and service processes to enhance commercial clarity and operational efficiency.

Internal Transfer of Global Processes:

  • Facilitate the seamless transfer of global processes to the regional context, ensuring alignment with local requirements and emphasizing a smooth transition that accommodates the unique dynamics of North America region.

Market Trends:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment of marketing intelligence initiatives 

Power BI:

  • Utilize Power BI and other tools to interpretate and develop interactive dashboards and reports for marketing intelligence purposes.

CRM System and Product Configurator: 

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting the full implementation of the CRM system and product configurator, contributing to technological advancements within the organization.

Data Management and Quality: 

  • Ensure consistency across all internal systems by executing tasks in data cleansing projects and assuming responsibility for maintaining high data quality within the specified area to harmonize information, facilitating effective decision-making processes.

First Point of Contact for Data Topics: 

  • Act as the first line of support for data incidents and actively contribute to the efficiency enhancement of processes, supporting in writing process specifications and developing blueprints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field focused on processes. A robust commercial mindset is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a process management role and/or documentation, with a preference for candidates who have experience in an international manufacturing company, particularly in the truck or automobile manufacturing sector.
  • Strong expertise in SAP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to drive efficiency enhancements and process improvements.
  • Proficient in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
