Palfinger USA, LLC is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist for it's Tiffin, OH facility. This position is onsite, Monday through Friday. Our address is 4151 W. State Route 18, Tiffin, OH 44883. This position will reports to the Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities

Coding, matching, and entering vendor invoices
Update and maintain vendor database
Audit and verify employee expense reports
Reconcile vendor statements
Assist with weekly check runs
Field vendor calls for status of payment on invoices
Reconcile monthly company credit card statements
Reconcile various balance sheet accounts
Assist with month-end and other duties as assigned
Actively participate in month, quarter and years end close activities

Qualifications

3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Associates Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent data entry skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal and external customers
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize work loads
