The PALFINGER service is characterized by short response times in case of emergency. The requirements for a fast acting capability of the service partners is the efficient and uncomplicated delivery of spare parts. Many of them are already in stock at our partners and thus the customer can be served immediately.
Around 250,000 parts are in circulation. This means: all spare parts are in stock and will be delivered to where they are needed as quickly as possible - to the general agents and our service partners. In order to meet high standards, PALFINGER has doubled its storage space and equipped the logistics center with a semi-automatic storage technology. The numbers speak for themselves: every day 20,000 spare parts leave the warehouse, which corresponds to 120,000 parcels a year.
With a delivery rate of 94,7 % within 24 hours, PALFINGER is at the cutting edge in terms of speed. To ensure this, we have built a network of state-of-the-art logistics centers, the largest with 13,600 m² of logistics space and 35,900 parking spaces. In order to ensure the perfect functionality of our products in the long term, PALFINGER spare parts are available throughout a product’s life, partially up to 20 years.
As a premium producer, PALFINGER has got the opportunity to further develop and monitor the manufacturing processes in its in-house analysis center. For customers this means high quality standards and a high product life cycle.
