Regional Lean Manager (w/m/d)


PALFINGER stands worldwide for the most innovative, reliable and economical lifting solutions for
commercial vehicles, railway vehicles, bridge inspection equipment and maritime applications. To
strengthen our team in Lengau, we are looking for a Regional Lean Manager EMEA.

Than bring your experiences and interests to the team of the Global PALFINGER Production
System and thus take the opportunity to actively shape the future of Palfinger. You will be part of a
team that focuses on innovation, optimization and improvement throughout the processes within the
production environment on a regional level. To strengthen our team, we are looking for someone
that has already gained practical experience in Lean Management or that has a strong interest in
the field, to help shaping our Lean organization within the company. We offer a dynamic and
regional working environment characterized by flat hierarchies, open and direct communication and
an interdisciplinary team.


• Implementation of standards, methods and training concepts
• Optimization of value and information flows according to lean principles
• Coordination and implementation of lean activities and projects along the entire PALFINGER value chain
• Moderation of Kaizen workshops
• Performing lean audits
• Organize multi-disciplinary meetings to promote know-how transfer


• Higher technical education or several years of experience in the production environment
(Minimum 3 years)
• Working experience in lean-management and project management skills desirable
• Strong initiative and team spirit
• High self-motivation
• Project management skills
• Good MS-Office knowledge
• Language skills: German, English + additional languages are not mandatory but advantageous
• Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 42.053,20,-. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification. We are looking forward to your application!
