Connectivity Expert - Industry 4.0 (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Lead for technical proof of concepts (e.g. MES, Industrial IoT)
  • OT asset management for digital shadow/ twin methodology
  • Connectivity engineering (API´s lifecycle management/ industrial protocols)
  • Data acquisition from DBs/ DWHs/ data lake/ ERP/ BI
  • Requirements engineering for Industry 4.0 strategy
  • Facilitation of expertise in mechanical engineering/ automation engineering/ mechatronics


Your Qualification

  • min. 2 years of working experience in industrial environment
  • education: FH/ HTL degree in electrical engineering/ automation technology/ mechatronics or similar
  • knowledge of data/ API lifecycle management and industrial protocols and interfaces (e.g. OPC UA)
  • experience with databases (MySQL, MSSQL, NoSQL) and Cloud-Services (Microsoft Azure)
  • know how of control measurement technology as well as signal processing & sensor technology
  • optional experience with analytical ML/ AI methodology and associated languages such as  R/ Python/ Julia
  • open and communicative, willingness to learn, self-reliant

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is 40.362,42 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification. We are looking forward to your informative application including salary expectations and a possible entry date.
