Specialist for Internal Audit (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

  • Evaluation of processes and analysis of compliance with group guidelines
  • Identification of risks and potential for improvement
  • Documentation of audit issues and preparation of audit reports.
  • Monitoring the implementation of appropriate audit measures
  • Cooperation in challenging ad hoc projects
  • Business partners to support governance processes, e.g. development, administration and communication of corporate guidelines
  • Monitoring and development of a group-wide internal control system including reporting requirements

Your Qualification

  • Completed university studies in business administration, economics or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and German; any additional language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (project-related; <50%)
  • High IT affinity (MS Office)
  • Initial professional experience in auditing (e.g. Big4) or as an internal auditor / controller in the manufacturing industry is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach
  • Good communication skills, ability to deal with conflict and confident demeanour
  • High degree of personal responsibility as well as reliability, accuracy and discretion

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 37.018,80. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
