Job Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner in Council Bluffs will be the site HR leader responsible for maintaining and enhancing the location's human resources function by planning, implementing, and evaluating positive employee and labor relations, recruitment and human resources policies and programs; and will assist in the facility’s safety programs and culture. This role reports to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunity for on-going career growth.
