Teamlead Corporate Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team in Bergheim we are looking for a Teamlead Corporate Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (f/m/d).

The requirements for GRC (Governance / Risk Management / Compliance) are becoming increasingly challenging. The tasks in this team include group-wide risk management and crisis management, the conception and maintenance of the Group Policy System, the further development of the internal control system, the preparation of the annual report with management report as well as the non-financial reporting and the initiation and advancement of compliance projects.As Teamlead Corp. GRC (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the functional and disciplinary leadership of the GRC team and report to our Vice President Corp. GRC, Internal Audit, Group Accounting & Taxes.
 

Your Tasks

  • Strategic and conceptual alignment and development of methodology / processes in the area of responsibility
  • Budget and cost center responsibility
  • Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the GRC team: further development of the team as well as coaching and sparring for the employees during the projects
  • Initiating and taking responsibility for GRC projects as well as project management for ad-hoc projects with high priority or complexity
  • Ensure annual reporting with focus on non-financial reporting (sustainability reporting) as well as sustainability management as business partner and monitoring of measures
  • Conceptual further development and operational control of the group-wide risk management process 
  • Early identification of crisis issues and steering of interdisciplinary crisis management teams

Your Qualification

  • Completed university education in the field of business administration or comparable subjects
  • Qualification as auditor, tax consultant, etc. an advantage
  • Extensive practical professional experience in the areas of risk management, compliance, ICS, sustainability reporting, accounting/controlling or annual audit/consulting in a Big4 company
  • Several years of experience in leading expert teams
  • Good project management skills
  • Conceptual skills, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and absolute integrity
  • Good knowledge and high comprehension of processes and business relationships
  • Fluent in English and German; other language skills an advantage
  • Willingness to travel (project related < 10%)

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience and can be significantly higher than the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 53.464,04 gross per year).
