Your Tasks

  • Create, implement and maintain strategic Talent Management tools and processes
  • Implementation of the performance management system
  • Conduct annual talent conferences, reviews, calibrations & assessments together with our Management and Regional HR Business Partners       
  • Manage the strategic global talent pool
  • Support the talent management process together with line management; manage leadership and expert talent pools
  • Evaluate, calibrate and maintain PALFINGER's job architecture and competence map (succession planning, career paths, promotions)
  • Conduct and coordinate relevant and continuously improved training and development initiatives across the organization
  • Establish a Talent KPI Reporting Cockpit
  • Support the integration of the Talent Management tools and processes into our HRIS (Success Factors)

Your Qualification

  • University degree in business administration or psychology
  • 5-7 years of work experience in strategic and operational HR management (Focus on Talent Management), preferably within an international company
  • Proven capability of driving and implementing talent solutions across a global matrix organization
  • Deep knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, succession planning and performance management
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, profound understanding for intercultural complexities
  • Business Partner mind-set (Business oriented)
  • Global Project Management experience
  • Leadership and Hands-on personality
  • Distinctive strategic and analytical thinking

Minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 42.720,86. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
