Warehouse Operator (f/m/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Warehouse Operator who reports to the Warehouse Coordinator, main coordinator between the Sales and Service departments of our Offices around the world, the European HUB warehouse and its suppliers. Focus of the job is timely, efficient and effective handling of inbound items and outbound orders, registration and verification of stock movements. Collaboration with Order Handlers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

The position is based in our Schiedam office in the Netherlands.

Your Tasks

Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, verify, pack, label, ship, register)
Receives and processes inbound items (unload, verify, register, label, store)
Identifies and segregates non-conforming items, or items requiring Quality Control
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, equipment and work stations neat and well maintained
Performs all tasks in compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and Palfinger Marine’s policies and procedures
Collaboration with team Logistics.
Monitoring of inventory by completing (cycle) counts

Your Qualification

Vocational education
English and Dutch
Strong communication skills
Good administration and computer (Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP skills
Forklift certificate
Affinity with Customer service, logistics and maritime sector
