Trainee

The PALFINGER Trainee Program is offered to students who have recently graduated from college and/or university. PALFINGER’s Trainee Program is for highly talented, motivated and ambitious students with the drive to become successful members of our team. The trainee will work in different departments and at different locations within our North American operations, where they will experience a diversified training program. Besides receiving practical training, the program also includes workshops and theoretical training, and the trainee will have the opportunity to spend part of their program abroad at one of PALFINGER’s global locations.

The trainee program lasts for 18 months and is the perfect start for a successful career at PALFINGER.
