Palfinger USA, Inc. and its affiliated companies located in North America (“Palfinger”) maintain a web site at www.palfinger.com (the “Site”) for customers of, and other parties interested in, Palfinger who want to access and use the Site for business purposes. In maintaining the Site and conducting its other business operations, Palfinger recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy.
