Flexible retrofitting & backup solution

The cassette ramp is mounted underneath the vehicle, making it ideal for retrofitting. It is also available in combination with a manual ramp. This combined solution offers two access options on the same platform, providing a reliable backup solution for maximum operational safety and flexibility in daily service.

Fast operation in only 8 seconds

The cassette ramp requires only 8 seconds for extension and 8 seconds for retraction. This enables quick passenger exchange, reduces dwell times at stops and supports efficient, on-time operation in daily public transport.

Optimised incline & high load capacity

The ramp is designed to comply with the maximum permitted incline of 6.7°, ensuring safe and comfortable access. At the same time, it offers a load capacity of up to 350 kg – an excellent value for compact ramp solutions and ideal for daily use in public transport.

Intelligent safety features

Sensors and safety edges reliably detect people and automatically stop movement. Combined with a non-slip surface, this ensures a high level of safety during boarding and alighting and protects passengers as well as the surrounding area during ramp operation.

Plug-and-play integration

The ramp solution is designed as a plug-and-play system and can be seamlessly integrated into the vehicle’s existing electrical circuit. No separate power supply is required for the ramp. This simplifies installation, reduces integration effort for vehicle manufacturers and enables quick and efficient commissioning.

Valgfrie funktioner

Optional LED light strips

Side-mounted LED light strips clearly indicate when the ramp is extending or in use. The highly visible light strips increase awareness in the surrounding area, improve perception of the lift’s movement and contribute to enhanced safety for passengers and pedestrians.
