The lifting mechanism with two lifting cylinders, two tilting cylinders and one moving cylinder ensures precise, smooth movements. The platform serves as underrun protection device. All steel components are KTL-coated as standard, providing optimal corrosion protection. The AluPlan aluminium platform for retractable tail lifts features a standard non-slip surface (R10) that ensures secure footing during loading and unloading. Warning lights and warning flags are included as standard, ensuring safe and comfortable operation in daily distribution work.
The tail lift is equipped as standard with a control box. This robust and proven control unit features ergonomic control switches for safe and comfortable operation of the tail lift. It is mounted underneath the vehicle body, while a foldable cover reliably protects the switches from external influences.
MBB Control is the central control unit of the tail lift, connecting all key components for precise and responsive movement sequences. The processor-based control system enables individual software adjustments for various vehicle and application requirements. Integrated diagnostic functions support quick error analysis and ensure maximum reliability in daily operation.
