The Service Execution Manager (f/m/d) – MHS will primarily oversee our daily service execution activities. The ultimate responsibility of this role is to increase our operational efficiency in service & operations on After Sales Department by implementing a successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.
Will also provide support for Service Engineers during their missions ensuring quick and efficient responses to inbound technical support issues.
Our ideal candidate should have a university degree, with at least 5 years’ experience within operations & services and managerial roles. Having a high level of analytic skills and additional experience with Supply Chain Management, Finance, sales, and project management is an advantage, and so is Technical Knowledge on Marine Equipment. Fluent speaking in English is required.
