Responsible for all Manufacturing and Operations activities within the company from raw materials coming into the factory to the finished lifts leaving the premises.
Joined Ratcliff in November 2007. |

| David Agg - Engineering Director |
Responsible for all Engineering activity within the company - design, development, modifcation and testing of all lifts prior to models going into full production.
Joined Ratcliff in 1996 as Engineering Manager and promoted to Engineering Director in January 2004.

| Stefan Schnier - Finance Director |
Responsible for all Financial Operations within the company
Joined MBB Palfinger in 2000 after graduation from Hamburg University with a master in business administration and in engineering. Prior to being appointed Finance Director for MBB Palfinger in 2008 he held several positions in IT, Controlling and Finance Departments.
He was appointed Finance Director, Ratcliff Palfinger, in July 2009, in addition to his role for MBB Palfinger. |
