Under the heading "the customer is the best developer," it is necessary to keep a sympathetic ear open to his wishes and his ideas. Attempts were made during development of the new crane series to integrate optimum customer benefit in respect of operating convenience, technical superiority, safety, ease of assembly and ease of maintenance in the new units. Technological highlights, such as are already in use in large cranes (e.g. the "Power Link Plus" backwards folding linkage system), provide the customer with a visible benefit from a technical application point of view. A whole bundle of safety ideas arising from practical use were incorporated in the new crane series.

Along with many other safety devices, the new stabilizer plates in bearing-supported design for best possible stability or the flashing lights on the supports minimise the risk of accidents and thus the downtime costs.

Also close to our customers are our service partners, whose input and wishes were expressed during the service manager days held at PALFINGER Germany which were then reflected in the new crane series. It was clear that short periods in the workshop and low repair bills were a high priority.
