Operationally, PALFINGER is managed by Area Sales Divisions and Product Divisions. In addition to Europe, North America and South America, the Asia & Pacific Area has been formed as a fourth Area. There is also a global manufacturing and assembling management and a global operations management, which is responsible for the integrated handling of the entire value chain. Regionally, these new divisions work together with the Area Heads, and at product level with the managers of the product divisions, and they have guideline competence.
Thus the aims pursued are as follows:
