The company was formed by Graham and Margaret Ransome on 7th September 1981. The company's function is to provide a comprehensive after sales service to the operators of transport refrigeration and tail lift equipment.
As the business expanded a move was made in 1983 from the home of Graham and Margaret to a commercial site in Ipswich. During the following years the business continued to expand to include an increase in the product range. Another move was made to purpose built workshops and offices in 1989 and the product range further increased to include bodywork repair, painting commercial vehicles and trailers, body building, van conversions and welfare conversions.
